THE BRIEFPurchased off-plan within the landmark redevelopment of The Whiteley in Bayswater, this apartment required a full interior design service from concept to completion. Our clients wanted a home that balanced the grandeur of the building’s historic architecture with a contemporary, international sensibility suited to modern family life. We were appointed to design every element, from spatial planning and bespoke joinery through to FF&E, ensuring a cohesive scheme that felt both luxurious and deeply personal.
SERVICESOur involvement encompassed complete interior design across the apartment, including the design and commissioning of bespoke furniture, sourcing of international and local pieces, and the integration of architectural detailing that complements the building’s heritage. We also navigated the legal and regulatory complexities of working within a Grade II listed development, managing permissions under the LTA, HRB Regulations and Building Regulations. The result is a sophisticated, highly tailored home that makes the most of its iconic setting.
