A Londoner through and through, I was spurred into fashion design after Father Christmas brought me a Matel Fashion Wheel in 1986. With a keen eye for detail and a love of pattern and colour, I went on to study at London College of Fashion and then Central St Martins before a stint in New York to earn my stripes.
Back in London, I worked for market leading High Street labels, including Marks & Spencer, Topman and River Island. As an established knitwear specialist my love for textiles, colour and trend direction translate beautifully into the world of interiors.
Born & Bred was founded on a love of creative London, family living and personalising your home. Born & Bred has been awarded the Houzz award for customer service for four consecutive years.
After having my son the realisation of making space for you means different things to different people. And it starts at home. To some space means a little breather to enjoy a cheeky hob nob and cuppa or to others getting the children's rooms redesigned to enjoy a new space together or simply just to tick the job off the to do list.
Fuelled by a determination to bring fun family interiors to a traditionally stuffy market. Adding the families personality in each project making a house a home. Born & Bred launched Kids E-Interiors in 2017 along side their established bespoke service. E-Interiors offers tailor-made packages for busy families on a budget. This unique interiors studio is about creating fun, welcoming spaces with a distinct London twist.
