Introducing Our Fulham Reach Penthouse Project

This one has been a long time in the making.

We first started working on our Fulham Reach penthouse project back in 2024, long before our clients had the keys. With new-build properties, particularly those bought off-plan, getting involved early can make an enormous difference. It gives us time to understand the plans, question how the spaces will actually be lived in and start designing well ahead of completion.

And in this case, all that planning paid off.

The 2,150 sq ft duplex is home to a family of four with two young children, and our brief was to create something that felt grown-up and considered without losing sight of the realities of family life.

Across the two floors, we designed bespoke joinery for home working, dressing-room storage and the children’s bedrooms, alongside the complete furniture, lighting, artwork and window treatment schemes. Storage was considered from the outset, rather than added as an afterthought, and every room needed to earn its place.

The result is a home that balances the two sides of family living: playful, characterful spaces for the children and calmer, more refined rooms for the adults. Nothing too precious, nothing overly formal, just a home designed around the people actually living in it.

We’re incredibly excited to finally share Fulham Reach, photographed beautifully by Anna Stathaki, after watching it develop from plans on a page into a finished family home.

It also feels like a fitting moment to say thank you for the continued enquiries, recommendations and support for our studio. We are now taking bookings for 2027 full-service projects, with limited availability for whole-house renovations and larger residential projects.

And while we’re finally revealing this one, there are several 2026 projects still taking shape behind the scenes that will complete in 2027.

There are some beauties in the making. We cant wait to share them with you!
